Please note that as of January 2, 2026 session fees for counselling therapy will increase to $165/60 minutes. Aaryn has several sliding scale session spots available for individuals without insurance (or with minimal coverage). Please feel free to inquire about this if it applies to you.

CURRENT CLIENTS For those currently accessing a sliding scale rate, your fee will remain the same unless/until your circumstances should change. For others, if you have any questions or if the fee increase poses a barrier to accessing services, please let Aaryn know.
